Are you a talented writer who loves turning complex ideas into clear, engaging learning content? Join a fast-paced team launching a brand-new internal training platform designed to empower sales professionals with the knowledge they need to succeed.
We’re looking for an Instructional Content Writer to help bring this platform to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping how sales and support teams learn about products, processes, and best practices—making a real impact from day one.
What You’ll Do:Write clear, effective training content based on existing outlines and course summaries.Translate technical and sales-related information into easy-to-understand learning materials.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and fill in knowledge gaps.Align your writing with the platform’s tone, structure, and learning goals.Edit and revise content for clarity, grammar, and instructional value.Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience writing instructional, technical, or sales enablement content.Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and usability.Ability to simplify complex topics for a wide range of learners.Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design basics.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a collaborative environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
