If so, let's start the conversation. **What You’ll Do** In this role, you will: + **Design and Deliver Comprehensive Learning:** Create and facilitate engaging instructor-led and self-paced curricula using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) principles to drive technical proficiency and implementation success. + **Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts:** Partner closely with program managers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex technical information into actionable learning outcomes and high-quality supporting media. + **Optimize Performance and Compliance:** Establish clear performance criteria and assessment instruments to evaluate learner impact, ensuring all training aligns with organizational standards and the latest product capabilities. **What You’ll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + **Professional Experience:** 2+ years of experience in designing and developing content and curricula specifically for enterprise software learning and development programs. + **Educational Background:** A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field. + **Technical Proficiency:** Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate. + **Core Competencies:** Proven ability in project management and public speaking, with the creativity to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate course production.
