Job Description Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join one of our transportation/logistics clients as an Instructional Designer. This role is critical to accelerating development, rebranding, and packaging of training deliverables for a large project of theirs. You will focus on rapid visual buildouts, standards compliance (SCORM/xAPI), and quality assurance to meet executive timelines and reduce bottlenecks on the Learning & Development team. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a self-directed team environment. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communications, Education or equivalent work or military experience - 3-5 years of experience in training design and development - Experience using Captivate, Rise, Storyline or other comparable applications - Strong skills with Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint - Experience with a learning management system - Understanding of the functionality of multiple transportation-related systems (TMS, WMS, EDI Systems, Routing/Dispatch Systems) - Ability to work with nontechnical users to explain technical concepts
