This position may act as a facilitator for training programs using a variety of training methods (classroom, webinars, train-the-trainer). Minimum Qualifications **Minimum Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** **Level I -** Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field and 1 year of experience in designing and developing instructional materials and courses **Level II -** Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field and 3 years of experience in designing and developing instructional materials and courses **LevelIII -** Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field and 5 years of experience in designing and developing instructional materials and courses **Level IV -** Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field and 7 years of experience in designing and developing instructional materials and courses **Substitution allowed for Experience:** When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
