Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to support the development and delivery of digital customer-facing learning materials. This role collaborates with subject matter experts and design teams to produce engaging instructional content for a dynamic product suite. Key Responsibilities: * Design and launch customer-facing instructional materials using Articulate 360 and video production tools * Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible language tailored to diverse audiences * Manage content reviews and iterations with internal and external stakeholders * Maintain organized libraries of instructional assets from development through release * Ensure quality hand-off and compliance with design control standards * Track and report progress using established project management practices
