Overview

Design and develop engaging learning content in alignment with organizational goals and training needs. Consult with subject matter experts and leaders to design content. Develop curriculum content that reflects sound instructional design based on adult learning principles and best practices. Demonstrate expertise in instructional design systems, learning technologies and adult learning best practices.

Responsibilities Possesses expertise in the full life cycle of instructional design processes (ADDIE or other industry accepted models) to design, develop and implement effective instructional materials, learning resources and contentDesigns and manages annual training programs, new-hire training programs, and programs to support technical systems used within the organizationAnalyzes existing training programs to measure effectiveness and recommend program changesAdapts tone, style, and structure of content to serve multiple levels of professional experienceMaintains progressive knowledge of the trends in instructional design, learning methodologies and learning technology solutionsRoutinely researches current trends, tools and techniques associated with content/curriculum design and developmentCreates design standards and templates and integrate technology-based tools into the development processUses authoring tools to develop and/or edit online learning content.=Utilizes Cornerstone OnDemand to analyze learner experience using reporting metrics and maintain curricula contents Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred; a combination of education and work experience may be consideredExpert in use of Microsoft Products including Word, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong project management skills with ability to lead multiple, complex projects with tight time frames in a matrixed environmentStrong organizational, time management and attention to detailExcellent written and communication skillsMinimum of two to three years of experience working in a learning role within a CooperationExperience with multimedia learning authoring toolsStrong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design theory and models, learning styles, knowledge management practicesPrior experience working with a Learning Management System (Cornerstone OnDemand a plus) About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
