Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing engaging and effective learning experiences for internal and external audiences. This role designs, develops, and maintains training content across a variety of delivery formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and webinars.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nServe as the primary contact for stakeholders to assess training needs and support ongoing projects.\nManage timelines for new instructional design requests and content updates.\nApply instructional design theory to develop webinars, eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), blended learning, videos, and job aids.\nDesign and update training materials for a variety of topics, including product, operations, technical training, and professional development.\nCreate and maintain content for Train-the-Trainer programs.\nFacilitate webinars and instructor-led training sessions as needed.\nEnsure training content supports adult learning principles and aligns with company standards.\n\n

Education and Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience designing and developing instructional content across multiple formats.\nProficiency with instructional design tools, including Articulate Storyline 360; experience with Camtasia, Captivate, and Photoshop preferred.\nBasic understanding of HTML and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course creation and reporting.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.\nFamiliarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.\nKnowledge of adult learning theories and instructional best practices.\n\n
