We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:** + Design instructionally sound training programs incorporating principles of the ADDIE model and Gagne's Nine events + Create training content incorporating the adult learning principles and that appeals to learners with varied learning styles + Formulates learning objectives; plans, designs, and developing methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness + Analyze and apply trends in learning technologies and instructional design + Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process + Create supporting materials/media (Audio, video, simulations, role-plays etc.) + Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course + Maintain project documentation and course folders **Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:** + At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience + Postgraduation or degree in HR management, business administration, technical field or equivalent + Certification in Instructional Design is an added advantage Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
