The Instructional Design Manager is responsible for the management of programs and training content development to Advisor Wealth Services New Hires and other Service Professionals.  The individual ensures that the requirements of each program are analyzed, designed, developed, implemented and that success is measured and results are appropriately sustained.  Focus will be on sustaining a high level of process efficiency through maximized operational effectiveness, program management, relationship building with cross-site teams and internal stakeholders/business partners, product expertise and technological enhancements.  This is an individual contributor role.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience with a focus in Learning & Development, Project Management Tools, Training, and Instructional Design Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to optimally communicate with leadership and team members Proficiency to anticipate and resolve problems under your own initiative while also working in a collaborative team environment Ability to embrace, pivot and shift focus based on changing priorities and/or the business environment and champion innovative ideas Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple contending priorities within established timeframes Professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and collaboration Expertise in learning analysis using the ADDIE framework to building training content and programsExpertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to create, develop, manipulate, and share learning content using a variety of technology such as SharePoint, Articulate, and/or Learning Management Systems Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, SnagIt experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in the Financial Services industry preferred Familiar with communication platforms WebEx, MS Teams, SharePoint Ability to whiteboard ideas to create learning materials, develop script and videos, and facilitate Train-The-Trainer

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
