Designs, develops, evaluates, and improves global leadership courses that support developing talent for the organization. Collaborates with global and divisional L&D teams and subject matter experts to co-create solutions. Leads a design team that thinks creatively and innovatively to create a fun and engaging learning experience for all TJX Associates across stores, distribution centers, and office environments.

Major Areas of Responsibility Leads design of learning for global leadership courses, HR priorities, acceleration programs and other solutions to meet business needs.Drives work forward through global teams, gaining input and alignment on solutions.Partners globally to identify leadership development needs and co-creates solutions to meet needs.Designs and develops learning solutions in various modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, etc.).Partners with the Global Operations/Learning Technology team to ensure a positive end-to-end learning experience in all modalities.Partners with Talent Analytics on the ongoing evaluation process for global learning solutions. Ensures evaluations are in place to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning.Keeps up to date on the market, understanding what new learning technologies or content areas are being used by other companiesProvides design support and consultation for others in Global Talent Management and the wider TJX business groups.Leads a team of learning experience designers to develop learning solutions that meet business needs.Performs other duties as required.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Education or related field; or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Graphic Design4-6 years’ experience in Instructional Design to support Leadership DevelopmentDemonstrates effective critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to navigate the organization by establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipsEffectively uses knowledge of instructional design processes, tools, and methodologies to design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions.Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content meets business goals and learner needs.Knowledge of adult learning theory and accelerated learning techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention.Ability to use creativity and innovation to create engaging and fun learning experiences that bring to life the business modelAbility to understand and communicate concepts quickly and accuratelyEffectively uses influence to gain alignment of cross divisional teamsEffectively uses time management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlinesKnowledge of project management techniques and toolsHigh attention to detail, strong writing, editing and proofreading skillsTechnical Skills: Fluent in design programs and learning software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)Experience leading a team of Learning Experience DesignersExperience working globally preferredExperience in working in a COE (Center of Expertise) a plusBeing bilingual is a plus, preferably Spanish

This position has a starting salary range of $92,900.00 to $118,500.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
