JOB TITLE: INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT SCHEDULE: 2025-26 School Year – Full-time (38 hours per week) WAGE: $16.60 - $25.11 per hour, depending on experience SUMMARY: The Instructional Assistant works closely with general education teachers to support classroom instruction and supervise students across various school environments. This role involves assisting with academic activities, reinforcing positive behavior, and helping to maintain a structured and supportive learning atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include monitoring students during transitions, supporting small-group or one-on-one instruction, and contributing to a safe, clean, and engaging educational environment both inside the classroom and on the playground, utilizing Positive Discipline methods.
