Instock Manager, IE Stores
Amazon.com
We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Instock Manager to support the Amazon Ireland Store. This is an opportunity to make history by building supply chain operations from the ground up for Amazon's newest store globally which continues to operate in start-up mode.
You will manage retail availability, inventory placement, and vendor coordination in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with incomplete data, rapidly changing priorities, and solving novel problems daily. Ideally, you have Amazon Stores experience (such as AVS, ISM, PM) and thrive in entrepreneurial settings where you must build processes whilst executing simultaneously.
Key job responsibilities
Monitor and improve availability metrics (SoROOS, GIS) whilst addressing Ireland-specific challenges including geographic remoteness, extended vendor lead times, and EFN inventory constraints
Optimise inventory placement across local fulfilment centre (SNN5) and EU feeder facilities, scaling inbound volumes and managing cold-start selection challenges
Coordinate vendor onboarding, carrier partnerships, and transportation lanes for newly established Irish supply chain
Ensure peak event readiness (Prime Day, Black Friday) through early planning and cross-functional coordination in resource-constrained environment
