Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a **Brand Manager Institutional** for Abbott Nutrition Division, is responsible for for leading the strategic execution of omni-channel marketing plans to drive Access and Sales growth across the full institutional portfolio, including specialized brands (Nepro, Alitraq, Prosure & RTH). This role is critical in developing innovative solutions tailored to hospital environments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximizing impact across CADR. The manager will leverage digital and traditional platforms to engage key stakeholders (HCPs, institutions, patients, and consumers), build differentiated value propositions, and ensure execution excellence to achieve volume, market share, and profitability targets. **What You’ll Do** + Lead the strategic planning processes of the Brands for the institutional channel, including development of views on Brand issues and competitive positioning, focus on customer/stakeholder segments and their needs and alignment with Area strategic focus + Develop and execute access-driven strategies to expand product penetration in public and private institutions, while identifying and implementing hospital-specific innovation programs that address unmet clinical and operational needs. + Define and execute thought leadership initiatives with key opinion leaders to reinforce Abbott’s institutional value. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Access, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Supply) to ensure seamless execution. + Translate strategy into actionable tactics, optimizing resource allocation and messaging by customer segment. + Employ strong analytical ability to connect multiple data sources into insights, identifying opportunities to improve customer´s experience and engagement, and develop and evaluate end-to-end customer and consumer experiences/journeys across the institutional channel. + Lead digital transformation by integrating digital tools into customer journeys and engagement models. + Combine qualitative and quantitative data, customer, and market information to generate performance insights and drive marketing strategies, driving maximal ROI and optimal usage of the A&P Budget. + Continuously assess competitive landscape and market trends to refine brand positioning and channel strategy. + Manage A&P budget efficiently to maximize ROI and support strategic priorities. + Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure strategic initiatives remain on track. **Required Qualifications** + Licentiate in Pharmacist, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Economy, Marketing or similar degree. + Minimum 3 years of experience as Brand Manager or Associate preferably in therapeutic areas, Key Account Manager, or similar in other pharmaceutical or healthcare industry ideally. + Experience in the institutional business either in the commercial area or the institutional portfolio management, with experience in product launches/line extensions and budget management (P&L knowledge) + Knowledge of Social Security Systems in Central America and must have a scientific / HCP overview. + Language skills, English and Spanish advanced. + Knowledge in Digital Strategy, or Access and Reimbursement Strategy. + Digital skills: Microsoft Office Preferred + Master's in business administration or marketing. + Brand/Project management. + Research Project involvement and know how. + Knowledge of Central American/Dominican Republic markets. + Commercial experience.
