Core Responsibilities

Managing and performing the installation of solar panel systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standardsDiagramming layouts for photovoltaic arrays, including existing building or site featuresIdentifying installation locations with proper orientation, area, solar access, or structural integrity for photovoltaic (PV) arraysMaintaining accurate records of installation activities and providing regular updates of job statusPerforming jobs from high places (i.e. on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materialsProviding technical guidance and training to junior technicians on solar panel installation best practiceRegular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $26.00
