**Der Installationstechniker fuer Reifen als Service (TaaS)** im Aussendienst wird Hardware-Installationen an den LKW- Fahrzeugen von TaaS-Kunden planen, koordinieren und ausführen. Unsere Techniker sind verantwortlich fuer absolute Qualität aller Installationen und folgt unserem Installationshandbuch und Standards und garantiert die fehlerfreie Leistung und Wartung der Hardware während des Servicezeitraums und führt bei Bedarf alle erforderlichen Fehlerbehebungsmaßnahmen durch. Des weitern ist Position ist auch verantwortlich für die Schulung von Dienstleistern in Bezug auf die Installation von Sensoren und Telematiksystemen. Diese Rolle wird deren Arbeit beaufsichtigen, wenn die Installation and Dienstleister ausgelagert wird. Unsere Installationstechniker - TaaS werden auch den Empfang, die Logistik im Rahmen von Lagerung und die Registrierung/Scannung von Hardware-Ausrüstung verwalten. **Verantwortlichkeiten:** Erreichung der TaaS-Hardware-Installationsziele gemäß dem vorab definierten Plan (Installationszyklus) in einem bestimmten geografischen Gebiet für den zugewiesenen Kundenkreis. Koordination der Installationspläne mit dem Fuhrparkmanager und der Werkstatt, bei Bedarf Einbindung von Sonderressourcen (ADR-zertifizierter Elektriker). Vorbereitung der Hardware für die Installation (Einstellungen, notwendige Werkzeuge usw.). Koordination von Hardware-Fehlerbehebungsmaßnahmen mit dem Customer Service Delivery Team und Durchführung von Wartungsaktivitäten im Feld. Einreichen und Berichterstattung von Hardware-Leistungsansprüchen bei den Hardware-Lieferanten. Beitrag zur Entwicklung von Installationsschulungsmaterialien für Dienstleister (Truck Force Network) oder andere Drittanbieter-Installateure. Durchführung von Installationsschulungen und Erhalt der erforderlichen Zertifikate für die Installation von elektronischen Bremssystemen (EBS) (wie Wabco, Knorr und/oder Haldex). Qualitäts- und Zählkontrolle beim Empfang der Hardware-Ausrüstung. Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung der Hardware-Ausrüstung. Durchführung des Scannens und der Registrierung aller Hardwareteile. **Erfahrung:** 3 oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung in mechanischen und elektrischen Installations-/Reparaturarbeiten Technische Erfahrung mit Sattelzugmaschinen und deren zugehöriger Telematik und Reifen Starker technischer Hintergrund und Erfahrung in der Planung und Terminierung **Ausbildung & Zertifizierung:** Ein technisches Diplom in Nutzfahrzeugmechanik/Elektronik ist von Vorteil; andernfalls können Sie sich gerne bewerben. **Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten:** Selbstmotiviert, beharrlich und ein Teamplayer Starke unternehmerische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Parteien zu planen und den Plan auszuführen Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse Fließend in der Sprache des ausgewählten Gebiets plus Englisch Bereitschaft zu reisen (bis zu 3–4 Tage pro Woche, mit gelegentlichen Einsätzen am Samstag).
