Position Title: Installation Supervisor

Job Purpose
Serve as the company’s representative onboard installation vessels to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-compliant execution of offshore works. Provide oversight of contractor activities in line with company policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities Act as the COMPANY Site Representative onboard the vessel during the execution phase. Interface daily with the EPC contractor and craft labor. Monitor compliance with specifications, procedures, and plans. Apply or develop procedures to enhance project management practices. Resolve issues through effective communication and collaboration across teams. Demonstrate leadership, integrity, and fairness in team management. Take initiative to deliver timely and cost-effective services. Manage problem resolution in complex situations using experience and precedent.

Qualifications & Experience Education: Diploma in Engineering Experience: Minimum 8 years in offshore installation (Transport & Installation activities) At least 5 years as a field engineer or site supervisor onboard installation vessels Prior experience in Qatar and PTW systems preferred Strong knowledge of offshore facility installation and subsea execution methods Proven experience supervising MSV operations Basic training or knowledge in lifting, rigging, and safety standards
Skills & Competencies Fluent in English Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
