Responsibilities: • Review and analyze benefits, eligibility, and group load in OBH Facets & COSMOS systems • Manage audit inventory to ensure balanced workload and timely closure of assignments • Demonstrate proficiency in applicable systems, platforms, and applications • Understanding of healthcare programs (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, Individual) is a plus • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in audit processes Requirements: • Proficiency in Excel and Access databases • Familiarity with Hyperion is a plus • Comfortable with video phone interviews This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
