Role Overview
•    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of installation projects from handover to offshore completion.
•    Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing resource allocation to meet project objectives.
•    Coordinate with installation engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure integration and alignment of project activities.
•    Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project targets are met.
•    Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
•    Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams for effective communication and collaboration.
•    Prepare and present project status reports, including performance metrics, financial updates, and risk assessments to Senior Management.
•    Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications
•    FPSO/FSU/FSO expertise.
•    Fluent in English.
•    Cost and budget control.
•    Systems Engineering knowledge.
•    Supply Chain management skills.
•    Installation and Start-Up experience.
•    Contract Management proficiency.
•    Project Control capabilities.
•    Understanding of contractual and commercial aspects.
•    Planning skills.

Education & Experience
•    Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
•    PMP certification is seen as an added value.
•    10 years of experience in the energy industry executing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
