Installation Project Manager – Financial Services Deployment
Location: Frisco, Texas (Hybrid)
Are you a hands-on project leader with a passion for driving complex installations in fast-paced environments? We’re seeking a Installation Project Manager to lead hardware deployment projects for high-profile financial clients. You’ll manage projects from kickoff to completion, working closely with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle hardware installation projects across financial institutions, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors; oversee bidding and proposal processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Excel, EPM, and QuickBase.Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.Drive team performance and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans as needed.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle..What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience managing end-to-end installation or deployment projects, preferably in the financial services industry (e.g., Wells Fargo or similar clients).Proven success in hardware installation projects involving coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors.Strong background in project bidding and proposal development, including cost estimation and scope definition.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment; strong advocate for team building and inclusive leadership.Experience managing challenging customer relationships, including conflict resolution and delivering successful outcomes under pressure.Proficiency in Excel, EPM, and QuickBase; familiarity with AOS (Advanced Office Systems) is highly preferred.Ability to work independently and within diverse team structures; must be able to share success stories of working in team environments and navigating complex dynamics.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
