Installation Engineer – Flexible and Reel Lay 
Location: Paris based Monday to Friday (with offshore rotation to Mozambique)
Contract position: 12 month renewable

Airswift is recruiting on behalf of a leading global energy operator for a Deep Water Installation Engineer (Flexible and Reel Lay) to join a major LNG development project. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the largest energy investments in Africa, supporting offshore installation scopes from engineering through execution.

Key Responsibilities Lead installation engineering for deep water flexible and reel-lay scopes. Oversee constructability, readiness, procedures, and risk assessments. Interface with contractors and vessel teams during offshore operations. Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of installation activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across global offices.
Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore installation engineering. Strong background in flexibles, reel-lay, and subsea structures. Proven track record in large-scale EPCI contracts. Excellent interface management and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work offshore during installation phases. Engineering degree, fluent in English, with valid BOSIET and OGUK medical.
