The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. **Summary** It is the responsibility of the Installation & Dismantle Coordinator to under limited supervision, coordinate the pre-planning preparation of the Installation and Dismantle process and track, confirm, and verify the process by show. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Answer high volume of phone inquiries. + Maintain all Installation & Dismantle (I&D) orders and show files. + Interact with coworkers in I&D, other departments, and branches daily. + Cultivate new and existing exhibitor relationships. + Generate correspondence and handle special projects. + Cover for laborers at show site as scheduled. + Instruct team members on show site as required. + Function as floor supervisor when requested. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Education & Experience** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Previous trade show and/or I&D labor experience are preferred. **Travel Requirements** Travel up to 25% **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
