All rental LA's to be executed atleast 30 days prior expiry date and All rental negotiation cases to be signed within 5 working days after receipt of stamp paper 5 Site Audits (Half yearly once) (100% completion)● To ensure site audits are achieved as per the target set within a given timeframe. All Audits to be completed in every 6 months. Assigned Auditable ATMs : 88, Q1+Q2 Consolidated Target : 44, Q3+Q4 Consolidated Target : 44 6 Visits for critical concerns (100% completion)● To be available & visit the concerned site for other issues like EB issue, vandalism/ theft case, visit police station for legal issues.
