Be a US Citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance 2\. Have knowledge of receiving inspection techniques and methods, as well as purchase order requirements verification\. 3\. Have experience with the build process and inspection of simple to complex assemblies, in\-process and final acceptance\. 4\. Be familiar with or have a working knowledge of industry standards including: • IPC\-A\-610 \(Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies\) • IPC\-A620 \(Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies\) • IPC\-J\-STD\-001\(Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies\) 5\. Be self\-directed and have a “Team First” mentality, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team\. **Desired Skills:** While not required, the following skills ae desirable 1\. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal\. 2\. Current IPC\-J\-STD\-001 Solder Inspector certification 3\. Experience with the RMS SAP \(Systems, Application, and Product in Data Processing\) system\. 4\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $37,400 \- $65,895\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
