Qualifications * Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Advanced degree a plus. * Strong analytical skills with experience in quality, production, or project management within engineering or energy-related industries. * Ability to interpret technical documents, audits, and compliance frameworks (ISO, AS9100, safety/environmental standards). * Excellent writing and communication skills; able to craft stories for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project software) and strong organizational skills. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across diverse teams. * Strong problem-solving mindset, able to apply structured approaches (8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa, Pareto) to investigative reporting. * Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., French) highly desirable.
