Our client, a leading organization in the medical manufacturing industry, is seeking an Inspector/Packer-A1/B1 (SLC) to join their team. As an Inspector/Packer-A1/B1 (SLC), you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the quality and proper packaging of medical molded plastic components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Inspector/Packer-A1/B1 (SLC)
**Location:** Salt Lake City, UT
**Pay Range:** $18
**Shift:** B1 (12 hr) rotating shift, 6:30AM-6:30PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Inspect, weigh, package, and sort out defective medical molded plastic components as required
+ Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe environment
+ Perform visual inspection of products using magnification tools to ensure quality standards
+ Complete production records and work order documentation accurately
+ Use hand tools, fixtures, and equipment to manually assemble small parts with precision
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Ability to perform inspection tasks using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers
+ Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
+ Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Previous experience in production assembly or inspection is desirable but not mandatory
