Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inspector - Landscape to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of landscape installations, maintenance work, and grounds throughout our properties. You will ensure that all landscape projects meet established quality standards, design specifications, and regulatory requirements while maintaining meticulous documentation and reporting.

Conduct thorough inspections of landscape installations, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standardsEvaluate plant health, soil conditions, and overall landscape aesthetics, identifying any deficiencies or areas requiring corrective actionDocument inspection findings through detailed reports, photographs, and site notes, maintaining organized records for project filesVerify that landscape contractors and maintenance teams adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policiesAnalyze irrigation system functionality and water management practices, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulationsCommunicate inspection results and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and stakeholders in a clear and professional mannerIdentify and report potential issues related to drainage, erosion, plant disease, or structural concerns before they escalateCollaborate with landscape designers and maintenance teams to develop solutions for identified problemsMaintain inspection schedules and ensure timely completion of all assigned property evaluationsStay current with landscape industry standards, best practices, and local regulations specific to the Riyadh climate and environment

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent related field.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in landscape inspection, quality control, landscape maintenance, or constructionProven expertise in evaluating landscape design standards, plant materials, and irrigation systemsStrong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and horticultural principlesFamiliarity with arid climate landscaping and irrigation requirements specific to Saudi ArabiaExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify deficiencies and quality issuesProficiency in documentation and report writing with strong organizational skillsAbility to analyze site conditions and provide technical recommendationsProfessional communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, designers, and managementValid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites throughout RiyadhCertifications in landscape management, horticulture, or quality assurance are preferredProficiency with inspection software or digital documentation tools is a plus
