Job Description

We are seeking a Inspector - Civil to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of an infrastructure project throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Conduct thorough inspections of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and other civil engineering worksVerify that construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and relevant building codesPerform quality control checks on materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to project standardsPrepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actionsCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project successMonitor and enforce safety regulations on construction sitesReview and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsParticipate in project meetings and provide expert advice on civil engineering mattersMaintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and project documentationStay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering and construction

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering or construction inspection, with a focus on infrastructure projectsProficiency in civil engineering principles and practices, with expertise in infrastructure development and maintenanceIn-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control proceduresExcellent ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to work on-site in various locations throughout Dubai
