Responsibilities:

Manage calibration, certification, and traceability of all inspection tools, NDT/ANDT equipment, gauges, EX-rated devices, and measuring instruments in accordance with ISO 17025 and COMPANY requirements. Maintain calibration registers, tool inventories, expiry tracking, and calibration certificates for audit readiness. Coordinate with approved laboratories and vendors for calibration, repair, and equipment servicing. Ensure tools, gauges, scanners, and UT devices are mobilized in certified, ready, and safe condition for onshore/offshore inspection scopes. Support inspection teams by ensuring timely availability of equipment during OSI, CNI, ANDT, RT, Helideck, Structural, and Vendor Inspection activities. Maintain documentation required by ISO 17020 inspection body requirements. Support QA team during audits by ensuring all inspection tools meet COMPANY and regulatory standards.

 

Qualification:

HND/HNC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline. 3–5 years experience in calibration, QA/QC equipment management, or inspection support. Understanding of ISO 17025 calibration principles and inspection equipment requirements. Familiar with NDT/ANDT tools and inspection equipment certification.
