Inspection & Integrity Engineer

Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inspection & Integrity Engineer to join a high-performing integrity team supporting major LNG facilities. The role focuses on ensuring the safe and reliable operation of fixed equipment through robust inspection and integrity management programs.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Fixed Equipment Asset Strategies aligned with corporate integrity standards. Conduct Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessments and define inspection scopes. Lead and participate in technical workshops to identify integrity threats and remedial actions. Perform fitness-for-service assessments, approve anomalies, and assign corrective actions based on risk. Provide technical guidance to inspection execution teams and other engineering disciplines. Support planning and scheduling for inspection activities, including turnaround scopes. Implement specialist inspection programs (e.g., CUI, dead legs, injection points). Drive continuous improvement through adoption of new inspection technologies. Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Materials, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience in integrity management and RBI programs for pressure equipment. Strong knowledge of damage mechanisms and inspection techniques relevant to LNG or complex processing facilities. Familiarity with API 510 & API 570 standards (certification preferred but not essential). Understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technologies, metallurgy, and welding practices. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Attributes Chartered Engineer or AICIP certification. Previous experience in LNG or large-scale processing plants.
