Join our team as an Inspector and Hand Packager, where your precision ensures patients receive safe, high-quality medications. You’ll work in a highly regulated cleanroom environment, inspecting and packaging pharmaceutical products that make a real impact.
🧪 What You’ll DoConduct daily inspections of finished products for accuracy and defectsLabel and package products for shipment, ensuring documentation is complete and correctVerify product identification and traceabilityCollaborate across departments to uphold quality standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process reviewsPerform aseptic gowning and follow strict cleanroom protocolsFollow SOPs, GMPs, and GDPs with precisionRecord critical data clearly, legibly, and compliantly🧠 What You BringStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read, write, and comprehend EnglishComfortable standing for extended periodsFamiliarity with cGMPs and GDPsExperience in documentation and packaging processes (preferred)🕒 Shift Details & PayNote: All new hires begin training on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks. Shift differentials do not apply during training.
1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) | $21/hour2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Fri) | $21/hour + $2/hr differential3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Mon–Fri, ends Sat morning) | $21/hour + $3/hr differential🧼 Cleanroom EnvironmentThis role is based in a 503B outsourcing facility with strict cleanroom protocols. Smocks are required outside the cleanroom, and full aseptic gowning is mandatory inside. You’ll be handling pain management products in a highly regulated, safety-first setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
