THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and distributing event-related inventory and equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with inventory tracking. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. This position will report to the Crew Lead and the Warehouse Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with loading and unloading trucks, staging loads, and organizing shipments
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and store materials safely and efficiently
Assist with routine inventory cycle counts
Maintain the warehouse in a neat, clean and orderly condition
Follow safety procedures and report any incidents or hazards to supervisors immediately
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent education or relevant experience
6+ months forklift experience
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Willingness to learn and master new systems and processes
Ability to lift, assemble and quality control inspect various items
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
May work in drastic temperature climates
Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
Able to twist, stop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch as needed
Able to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to perform basic math-addition and subtraction as it relates to shipment, receipt and inventory counts
Exposure to dust and loud noise as well as moving equipment

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00
