**Job Title: Insights & Reporting Analyst**
**Location:** Pearson Manila
**Office Address:** 7th Floor, North Tower, Rockwell Business Center, Sheridan corner United Streets, Mandaluyong City
**Work Setup:** Office-based with an option to move to hybrid working (2 days per week) upon successful completion of training and probation, and demonstration of the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
**Schedule:** 8:00am – 5:00pm UK time

As an **Insights & Reporting Analyst** , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable insights across all Lines of Business (LOBs). You’ll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement by leveraging tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Copilot to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline workflows.
This role also involves creating and optimizing AI prompts to support automation, improve data analysis, and drive operational efficiency. **You will present actual data and insights to stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations and presentations, ensuring alignment on performance trends and strategic priorities.**
Your work will directly influence performance strategies, customer experience, and overall operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance across multiple LOBs.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and optimize AI prompts to support automation and enhance reporting processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Prepare and present reports and insights to managers and leadership teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on analytics tools and best practices to drive innovation in reporting.
**Experience & Skills**
Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
Proficiency in **Power BI** , **Microsoft Excel** , and other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with AI tools and prompt creation for automation is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities.
**Additional Information**
**Line of Business Movement:** Employees may be reassigned to different LOBs depending on operational needs.
**Probation Period:** Hybrid working is available only after a minimum 3-month probation period, subject to manager approval.
**Team Calibration:** Office-based calibration is essential to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team cohesion.
