The Insights Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and management of consumer research initiatives, providing insights which inform organizational strategies to reach target audiences, facilitate data-driven marketing, and position the company for sustained growth. The Insights Manager oversees the organization’s online communities and provides leadership and guidance on all aspects of consumer research, insights, and data collection – deriving and delivering actionable insights which support organizational goals.

Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned research projects, including setting objectives, determining research design, resource management, partner evaluation, project budget management, and general project oversightDevelop and manage research studies tailored to specific business needs, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis. This includes writing coherent, concise and unbiased research questionnaires and reportsTranslate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights that tell the overall ‘story’ and its implications for the businessProvide oversight of Enterprise Mobility’s online communities (customer, consumer, and employee), including survey content development, results analysis, and vendor managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide insights supportServe as the subject matter expert in research and insights, training colleagues on insights methodologies and tools as neededProvide thought leadership in the area of audience insights, staying informed of trends and shifts in consumer behaviors to ensure that research remains relevant and impactfulDeliver insights grounded in robust research design, analysis, and business knowledge to guide marketing and business strategies and inform decision-makingStay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviors, and macroeconomic shifts to inform strategic recommendations and insights, including oversight of Global trends executive updates and newslettersEnhance the visibility, credibility, and value of the Global Insights team through the delivery of quality work, adherence to best practices, and maintaining rigorous internal processesSupervise and develop Global Insights personnel, providing guidance on methodologies, project goals, and reporting while fostering professional growthAssist with various team initiatives as needed, including brand measurement, creative and message testing, market sizing, and competitive analysisSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

QualificationsMinimum:
Six (6+) years or more of market research/insights experienceFive (5+) years or more of marketing/advertising related experienceBachelor’s DegreeMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
Proven experience in leading and managing research programs from conception to completionExperience in overseeing customer communities and managing external research partnersMaster’s Degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Analytics, Statistics, or MathematicsExperience with the Qualtrics platform
