Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision. **Your Career** As an Insights & Transformation Manager focused on post-sales, you will play a key role in our AI transformation with strong visibility across the company. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable insights. These insights will help guide key business decisions and improve customer outcomes. This role requires a hands-on leader who can shape high-impact initiatives and drive them through to execution. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment that values problem solving, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence company strategy and enhance customer satisfaction at scale. **Your Impact** + Apply first principles thinking to break down complex problems and develop practical, effective solutions that drive business outcomes + Leverage diverse data sources to uncover actionable insights and support clear, confident decision making at all levels + Develop concise, compelling deliverables for executive stakeholders, including business cases and strategic execution plans tied to real impact + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, influence without authority, and move initiatives forward with urgency and precision + Champion innovation and continuous improvement with a bias for action, pushing boundaries while staying grounded in business needs + Explore and support AI initiatives to improve processes, drive efficiency, & unlock value + Lead end-to-end project execution, managing timelines, proactively navigating roadblocks, and delivering results with visibility and accountability **Your Experience** + 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in top-tier management consulting, tech strategy, or business operations roles + Strong analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and large datasets into clear, executive-level insights + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business and technical concepts effectively to senior leadership + Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives, managing projects, and driving change in cross-functional environments + Collaborative team player and independent thinker; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision + Experience in the Enterprise Technology sector is a plus but not required + MBA or an advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics) preferred or equivalent military experience required + Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus **The Team** Our Strategy and Business Operations is a focused team that works on our most critical business challenges to drive and support our industry-leading growth. You will collaborate on complex business and technology problems that are top-of-mind for our executives. **Compensation Disclosure** The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $129000/YR - $208000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
