The Pharmacy Insights Analyst enhances pharmacy performance by evaluating workflows, systems, and key operational metrics to drive efficiency and improve customer experience. This role partners closely with pharmacy teams and corporate stakeholders to translate business needs into clear insights, process improvements, and system enhancements that support compliance and organizational goals.

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years insights analytics experienceExperience Required: Data Analysis, Healthcare or Pharmacy industryEducation Desired: Bachelors Degree, Data Analysis, Business Administration or related fieldTechnical Skills Required: Excel at advanced level, MS PowerBI or other dashboard software, SQL queriesMust have proven experience analyzing complex datasets to derive outcomes, impact, and forecasts.Previous proven experience presenting to leadership recommendations to optimize processes and recommend go forward actions.Excellent communication and presentation skills written and oral

Job Responsibilities

Assess prescription volume trends, wait‑time metrics, staffing patterns, and customer satisfaction data to guide operational decisions.Assist the Director, Pharmacy Finance & Analytics with all functions including store level performance reporting, data aggregation, ad hoc reporting needsAssist with weekly reporting and validation of reporting to our pharmacies.Gather and document business requirements from pharmacists, technicians, compliance teams, and clinical leadership.Translate pharmacy operational needs into functional specifications for IT and dispensing system teams.Develop dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as script count, adherence program performance, inventory turns, and reimbursement trendsSupport implementation and optimization of pharmacy systems such as e‑prescribing platforms, inventory systems, and medication management tools ​
