About the Role
 

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Associate to join our Insider Risk Team. This role is pivotal in managing and mitigating insider risks within the organization by supporting strategies for Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Investigation and Remediation, and Continuous Improvement. Support automation projects, transformation and controls testing.
 

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to risk management, compliance, and operational transformation while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Loss Prevention (DLP):

Support implementation of robust DLP strategies to safeguard sensitive information.Monitor and analyze data movement to detect and prevent unauthorized access or breaches.Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure effective integration of DLP tools.

Investigation and Remediation:

Assist in investigations of potential data loss incidents, identifying root causes and corrective actions.Coordinate remediation efforts with cross-functional teams and maintain compliance documentation.

Case Documentation:

Prepare accurate and detailed documentation of insider risk cases, including incident details and resolutions.Develop concise reports for management, highlighting findings and recommendations.

Controls Testing:

Support quarterly testing of controls and documentation for our training integrity and DLP programs.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in self-audits of the DLP program to assess effectiveness and compliance.Identify gaps in processes and recommend enhancements to strengthen data protection measures.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with senior risk leaders and other stakeholders to align insider risk initiatives with organizational objectives.Act as a trusted resource for guidance on data security and insider threat management.

Qualifications

CPA designation or in-progress preferred.Strong understanding of data security principles and insider risk management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Advanced English level+2 years of relevant experience
