This role supports an established global customer base, focusing on after-sales service and inside sales. You’ll handle parts inquiries, delivery updates, and service requests while identifying upsell opportunities. This is a customer-facing, ERP-driven role in an industrial environment, blending service, sales, and order management.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries (email/phone) on parts, orders, and service needsQuote, process, and manage parts orders with accuracy in ERP (Syteline preferred)Proactively upsell parts and services to drive revenueCoordinate with logistics, manufacturing, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveryResolve customer issues and provide tailored solutionsMaintain accurate order, invoice, and account recordsFollow up on quotes and identify new sales opportunitiesShare customer feedback and support process improvementsQualifications
Experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service (industrial/parts preferred)Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsERP experience Ability to manage multiple accounts and time-sensitive requestsAdditional Details

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WILSONVILLE, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
