We’re hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator to support customers with parts and service sales, order coordination, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced inbound customer support, quoting and closing parts/service needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. What you’ll do:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email/chat and provide clear, customer-focused solutionsResearch, identify, quote, and sell parts and service; proactively up-sell/cross-sell complementary itemsManage complex or unusual customer requests by researching and partnering with internal teamsCoordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and other departments to support timely order fulfillment and deliveryProcess order entry, invoicing, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation in ERP systemsCapture customer feedback and share insights to improve service and sales processesTop skills:
Customer ServiceInside Sales Parts/Service Sales Dispatch/Coordination Data Entry Invoicing Logistics/Purchase Orders Microsoft Office/ERP (SAP preferred; Syteline 10 a plus)Preferred Experience in industrial services/manufacturing environments; familiarity with electrical/mechanical parts, troubleshooting, repair concepts.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WILSONVILLE, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
