Inside Sales Team lead

The Inside sales Engineer is based in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and caters to all customers in the western region (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) **In this role, your responsibilities will be** + Own the team and manage the quotation activities for the upstream accounts + Set up and manage KPI’s for the team and also do performance evaluation for the team + Maintain RFQ and PO dashboard for the upstream accounts + Qualify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers’ + application and operational needs + Prepare customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, commercially verified, + offering the best all-round solution. Perform Technical, Applications and Fisher solutions + presentations to customers + Follow-up on quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales. + Negotiate sales orders within agreed DOA. Maintain accurate and complete records in monthly + report tool to follow-up discussions and POR purpose/RFQ forecast + Ensure that purchase orders are commercially and technically compliant before processing for + order entry in accordance with relevant procedures + Provide Application engineering support for Severe service pursuits independently + Created by: Harish Kumar R Date: 13-Apr-2025 Approved By Senthil Kumar T + Provide to customers advice on technical solutions and their benefits. Work with customers and + end users to update and modify their engineering standards and specifications to gain preference + for Fisher + Provide support to LBPs / End users for Product modifications & Product capabilities through + preparing success stories / identifying industry wise application QBR’s. + Maintain complete and clean record of the quotation activity for the assigned accounts and easily + traceable anytime + Connect with manufacturing locations and Engineering teams for queries regarding lead [1] time, special requirements + Attend customer meetings as required, including customer site visits. Support in trouble shooting + and finding solutions to customers problems and able to support Site Walks + Assist Outside sales in owning the technical discussions with the customers. Promote and drive + new products wherever possible + Ensure activities are carried out in line with agreed departmental critical metrics (Hit Rate/Budget) + Attend relevant technical and commercial trainings as required to maintain a high level of product + and process knowledge, including new products as and when released. + Work with consultants, customers and end users to get Fisher products and solutions pre[1]specified / pre-selected + Co-ordinate with Project Management / Order Entry / Customer Order Fulfillment (COF) team to + provide clean orders to Factories. and over of orders with supporting documents and attend kick + off meetings if required + If required, training new LBP / Rep/Customer engineers on Control Valve Engineering including + sizing, selection and pricing using Fisher FIRST 2, product range and how to prepare smart quote + good/better/best strategy and other tools / resources like Fish web, COF etc. + Work closely with other Emerson Divisions for MAC / multi divisional quotes. + Take ownership of any process improvements for the team + Follow local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management + procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy, with respect to all business activities + Keep up to date with developments in products, industries and market trends. + Initiate and lead process improvements required to perform the job more effectively• Fulfill any other reasonable duties as required including Outside Sales, if required **Who you are?** + You are service minded and passionate about making a difference to our customers by focusing and committing to find optimal Solutions. + You continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems. + You work independently and structured and you always act with integrity as you are our representative towards the customers **For this role, you will need** + Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related field (Mechanical, + Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering) + Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Control Valves industry or Industrial Automation + industry + Fisher Certified Junior Master is an advantage **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Knowledge in Fisher Flow control products + Fixing for KOB3 pursuits + Experience in handling MEA customers & EPC for KOB1 &2 Projects + Experience in working with FF2 sizing and selection tool (Minimum 3 years) + Familiar with process of co-ordinate with Project Management / Order Entry / Customer Order + Fulfillment (COF) team to provide clean orders to Factories. and over of orders with supporting + documents and attend kick off meetings if required. + Experience in handling inhouse engineering support to customers + Skill using Microsoft Office applications is required + Knowledge on Midstream, Refining and Oil & Gas process and explaining the special control valve + applications **Our Culture & Commitment to You!** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
