What You Do
We are seeking a proactive and result driven Inside Sales Specialist to manage and grow our customers. This role is key to generating revenue, maintaining relationships, and expanding business opportunities through remote communication channels such as phone, email, online platforms.
The successful candidate will focus on driving sales, maintaining customer engagement, and managing a structured sales pipeline using Salesforce (SFDC). This position requires a blend of commercial acumen, customer service, and strong coordination skills.
Generate Sales from customers through remote channels (calls, emails, online platforms, etc.)Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information, prepare quotations, and close sales.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute marketing campaigns for driving focused customers as well as to obtain in-depth product knowledge and coordinate product demonstrations when required.Maintain and grow customer relationships by proactively engaging accounts, understanding needs, and providing suitable solutions.Develop and manage sales pipeline in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate and up-to-date opportunity tracking.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer profiles and buying patterns.Track and report key performance metrics including sales results, conversion rates, retention rates, and pipeline development.Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support in collaboration with service and operation teams.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in sciences, or related fields. Business or Marketing degrees with strong technical sales experience in chemical or scientific products may also be considered.Experience in inside sales, tele sales, or technical customer-facing roles, preferably in the scientific.Ability to understand and explain technical product information.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a high volume of outbound calls and remote communications.Good command of English and/or local language in both speaking and writing.Ability to work independently without the need for in-person customer visits.
