Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales to contribute in generating sales for our company. Candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Inside Sales must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone/online meeting as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.Support on spare part sales and approach customers base on the campaign objectives and target list to boost spare part sales.Answer questions about service offering of the company.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.Enter and update customer information and instrument status in the database.Take and process orders in an accurate manner.Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.Keep records of calls and sales transaction, update account with note and useful information.Supporting Field Sales Rep setting up visit appointment with potential customer and quote follow up.What You Need to SucceedProven experience as telesales or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. SAP)Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsOur Offer to You1.5 months contractual bonusMedical care with dental entitlementsLife insurance coverageAccessible to public transportAbout Mettler ToledoMETTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
