- Responsible for handling inbound booking inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing quality assurance during the entire sales cycle. ... - Respond to all inbound inquiries by phone and email in accordance with the company standards.

- Be a brand ambassador for the company and perform all job duties in accordance with the mission and values of the organization.
- Drive sales leads through proactive efforts including emails, calls, and on-site visits of prospective customers.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with group sales customers to gain repeat business and gain access to other channels within their network.
- Attend networking events, conferences and trade shows to acquire leads, build relationships, and create sales opportunities for the organization.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is desired.
- Prior experience in lead generation tactics.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Suite products.
- Prior experience with the Internal Booking Process.
- Prior experience with payment processing systems.
- Prior experience using a CRM tool.
