We are strengthening our team with an **Internal Sales Representative (Semiconductors area)** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inquiries and orders, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to work with technical product information in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide quotations to customers + Manage and follow up on customer orders and delivery timelines + Support field sales and purchasing teams with accurate and timely information + Maintain CRM and ERP systems with up-to-date customer and order data + Build strong relationships with existing and new clients + Track and manage stock availability and lead times + Prepare reports and analyze sales data using Excel + Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations **Requirements:** + Technical Understanding – Basic knowledge of electronic components (e.g., semiconductors, resistors, capacitors) and the ability to learn technical specifications quickly. + Sales Experience – Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Local or Global Semiconductor / Electronics market or technology industry.(at least 5 years). + Customer Service Orientation – Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide timely support. + CRM and ERP Proficiency – Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP platforms for order management and customer data tracking. + Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in processing quotes, orders, and managing inventory or delivery timelines. + Team Player – Ability to collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, and field sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. + Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Languages – Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages (such as Russian ) may be an advantage . + Initiative and Drive – Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and closing sales. + Adaptability – Flexibility to work with changing customer demands, product ranges, and market conditions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering, etc.) . #LI-JC1 **Location:** IL-Petah Tikva, Israel (Shacham Street) **Time Type:** Full time **Job Category:** Sales Arrow Electronics, Inc.'s policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, citizenship, veran status, genetic information, or any other characteristics protected by applicable state, federal or local laws.
