Inside Sales Representative- Heavy Infrastructure

Inside sales heavy infrastructure business unit, will assist the current Heavy infrastructure field sales team with monthly sales reports, end user bid information and create marketing materials to help facilitate new product adoption.  In addition, they will  support field sales traveling to various customer events as needed/directed by the sales team.  

1.      Assist end users & distributors with  technical information on returns, warranties and product information requests
2.      Support field sales operations with monthly sale reports, pricing & marketing materials
3.      Attend regional and national trade shows for the channel
4.       Work with select distributors assigned to your desk to grow current product mix
5.      Provide technical training for distributor sales representatives
6.      Work on end user pricing bids
7.      Analyze market trends in the industry
8.      Travel 25% of time

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Must have the ability and willingness to travel an average of 25% throughout North America. Must be professional, competent, and credible when visiting sales accounts. Strong team focus and ability to work with others, both internal and external to the organization. Must have a sense of urgency and be able to respond and adapt to changing market demands/business needs. Strong communications skills, verbal and written and analytical skills are required. Basic knowledge using Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Travel Requirements

25% (1 week per month)

 

This role has an annual salary range of $48,000 - $55,000. In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Klein Tools Inc. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and location. In addition, Klein Tools offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and company performance.
