We are excited to announce that in partnership with a global leader in the medical device space, we are currently looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join our team.  The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products.  The inside sales representative is also responsible for coordinating sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory.

Responsiblities

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsAbility to deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phoneAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsAdvance listening and decision-making skillsAbility to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environmentAbility to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experienceAbility to handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to our caller’s need while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic.High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled workAbility to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs

Required Qualifications:

4-year degree from an accredited college or university preferredMinimum of 1-2 years’ experience in MedTech, Pharmaceutical Sales or B2B SalesInside sales/ remote engagement experience strongly preferredExpert selling skills including customer engagement & relationship building successDocumented history of sales successAbility to manage and develop an assigned territoryExceptional verbal and written communication skills, action oriented, driven for results, adaptabilitySuccessful candidates will demonstrate the following competencies: Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Sales Persuasion, Dedication, Perseverance, Ingenuity, and AdaptabilityAbility to apply technical/scientific knowledge Must set high goals and standards of performance, be a self-starter, be able to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $37,900.00 - $94,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
