Inside Sales Representative - 100% Onsite | Tulsa, OK
Starting Salary: $50,000 + Monthly Bonus Potential ($2,000+ Avg.)
We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record in B2B sales and solid job stability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building lasting client relationships that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
+ Generate & Convert Leads: Strategically identify, pursue, and convert B2B prospects into long-term customers.
+ Customize Solutions: Present tailored mobility offerings and close deals by listening closely to client needs and thinking outside the box.
+ Negotiate & Sell: Confidently handle objections, build value, and negotiate offers that result in mutually beneficial outcomes.
+ Present with Purpose: Deliver clear, persuasive messaging through phone, video, and email communication.
+ Optimize Sales Process: Contribute to refining internal workflows and improving the overall customer experience.
+ Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep detailed, up-to-date records of leads, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 2+ Years of B2B Inside Sales Experience – Proven success in a sales-focused environment with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
+ Strong Tenure – Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles.
+ Education – Bachelor’s degree required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
+ Technical Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
+ Professional Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.
+ Driven & Organized – Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Full-Time Availability – Monday through Friday schedule with consistent and reliable attendance.
