Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for presenting and selling company products to current and potential customers. You will play a crucial role in establishing new customer accounts and developing lasting relationships. Your role will also involve preparing quotes, processing customer purchase orders, and providing product media assistance.
ResponsibilitiesPresent and sell company products to current and potential customers.Establish new customer accounts and obtain customer profiles.Prepare quotes, send, and maintain files.Process customer purchase orders.Provide drawings and other forms of product media to assist customers.Develop and maintain product knowledge.Generate new prices utilizing price method tools.Enter new product part numbers, pricing, and delivery details.Exercise independent discretion and judgment on matters of significance with respect to all job responsibilities.Other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with purchase orders.Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.Understanding of customer service processes and operational methods.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to handle multiple job functions simultaneously.Capability to work independently and establish priorities with minimal supervision.Good organizational skills.Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.Good interpersonal and human interaction relationship skills.Self-motivated and eager to learn and expand knowledge.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Work Environment
The role is based in a campus-style location with an open pit style environment that offers plenty of parking. The facility includes a nice kitchen and furnishings, promoting a comfortable work setting. This position offers room for financial growth and longevity, with eligibility for a monthly bonus after becoming a full-time employee.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
