We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role has an immediate impact on customers, company performance, and personal earning potential. It is an excellent opportunity to learn the business, develop technical knowledge, and build a long-term career in sales.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing an assigned territory, developing repeat business within existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities. This position requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales and profit goals through new business development and customer retention.Build strong customer relationships and identify product applications.Introduce new products and services to existing and prospective customers.Prospect for new business leads within the assigned territory.Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on opportunities, negotiate terms, and close transactions.Complete required reports, including sales calls, leads, and activity updates.Maintain open communication with customers and follow up on outstanding orders.QualificationsAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.Desire to learn the industry and grow within the company.Coachable, self‑starter mindset with a strong work ethic.Dependable and conscientious approach to responsibilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Solid planning and organizational abilities.Familiarity with MRO products is a plus, but training is provided.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technical aptitude.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.80 - $31.25/hr.
