Inside Sales Representative Overall Role Structure: 50% Sales responsibilities, 50% Vaporizers Management responsibilitiesSales & Customer ManagementRemotely sell Baxter products and retain end‑user patients within the assigned territory via phone, video, and email.Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities; refer internal leads when appropriate.Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently.Promote and educate customers on Baxter products and services.Lead price and contract negotiations to successfully close deals.Provide ongoing product servicing, forecasting, and supply chain coordination.Tender & Contract CollaborationPartner with tender and contract teams to manage large‑scale tender or contract cycles for assigned accounts.Operational ExcellenceFully utilize sales tools to maximize efficiency.Complete administrative tasks such as call reports, KPIs, and metrics.Maintain close collaboration with Customer Service, Technical Service, Vaporizers Producers, Commercial Operations (Pricing), and Finance.Vaporizers ManagementPrepare and coordinate the full purchasing process for vaporizers.Manage the existing vaporizer fleet, ensuring proper monitoring and continuity.Oversee the digital application related to vaporizers, including communication, updates, and user support.Qualifications:Good knowledge of English and fluent Polish is a must, Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers, Strong presentation / communication skills over the phone, Strong analytical skills, Results oriented with a pragmatic & quality driven approach, hands-on attitude. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to work in an international and matrix environment with different tasks. Self-driven with the ability to work independently as needed. Ability to achieve targets Advanced business acumen skills Results oriented with a pragmatic & quality driven approach, hands-on attitude. Optionally field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 144 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
