Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Danish Speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business. You will identify customer requirements, schedule remote meetings, and map consultative solutions to meet organizational goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quota attainment.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive the strategic sales process by prospecting within a defined book of business, scheduling remote meetings, and owning the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, operations, and renewal teams to facilitate contract renewals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ensure data-driven growth by leveraging CRM (Salesforce) and analytical tools to assess customer data, overcome objections, and expand the Iron Mountain footprint.
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
Fluent Danish language skills and strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of consultative selling with the ability to naturally close sales, overcome objections, and identify customer buying motives.
Proven ability in prospecting and opportunity qualification, utilizing phone, email, and social selling strategies to develop new business.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and social media platforms to analyze data and drive profitable growth.
